Any other chronic headache/migraine sufferers out there?
What do you do when you feel one coming on? What are your triggers? How do you cope?

I might give it a shot. Do you think a chiropractor would help as well?
This duo is my lifesaver when I have a migriane. Paracetamol doesn't help anything. Oh, a cold pack or hot pack to put on the head before sleeping is also help. I usually have migraine when I'm stress too much with my work, my neck&shoulder are too stiff, and sometimes during my period 😭

Thank you!! Is Ponstan prescription only? I couldn't find it on Amazon. I did find 4head and an ice pack "headache hat" that I'm gonna start trying instead of Tylenol or Excedrin. Stress, barometric pressure, too much screen time, caffeine (too much or not enough) and skipped meals are my biggest triggers.
Hm, not the extent of seeing doctor as it's a normal medicine in Thailand that you can buy at a drug store. The regulation in each countries are different so yours might need prescription. If this brand isn't selling there, you can ask for the one that have Mefenamic Acid (Ponstan contains 500 mg./each and I take only one is enough). Fyi. In Thailand, this brand is famous for relieving the pain during menstrument but it's can use after dental operation or headache too. So don't feel weird if the pharmacist thinks that you buy it for womam 😅
4head is a balm from UK, I also use these 2 brands as alternative choices because they are a lot cheaper here but it's liquid. Left is Thai brand and right is Indian brand. Not sure whether they are on Amazon or not though.

Gotcha. I saw Pfizer and assumed it was prescription lol. My bad. I will definitely be on the lookout for something similar the next time I'm at the store. I don't think I'll be too embarrassed to buy it. I'll buy some dark chocolate with it and stare at the cashier the whole time. 😎
