i struggle more and more with this time o' year as i get older. my longest lasting relationship's anniversary, my struggle with fireworks- something i have always loved, and still love deep down- the effect it has on local wildlife that i can convince myself to ignore until my own dog in my own apartment is also put off and terrified of them and i just grow more and more of distaste for them every holiday season. not to mention the freakin' heat, arizona is especially sticky this year. i think the only thing i miss about being school aged is loving summer. i should probably start planning a camping trip for this time every year

I'm curious what are your cooldown time to heal if any, before jumping back into another relationship. Either with the same person or another. Myself personally, after my first. It took me a good 5yrs before I tried again. The 2nd heart break, I had a 1yr cooldown. Cause I took a rebound without a healing time, which was a very bad decision. After my last which is the 3rd time, I think I'll just stay single forever. Cause that last one made me suicidal.

I don't feel like I belong in the Pub that I work. Same with the Café, Mental Health Program, Community College, Highschool, Middle School, Elementary Where do I belong?

So I never had girlfriend, never had sex, I never even hold a girls hand. Funny thing is Ieveryone seem to thunk I would have no problems with girls I get my coworkers complement me for nice looking (though I am always uncertain myself) amd I get along with girls as friends just fine there are even girls ask me out, but sadly I don't feel a connection beyond friends, people keep telling me these things just happen but I don't feel it. I do want to have a girl friend and I am attracted to girls. But I never feel the feelings describe to me as you will just know you want to be with this person.

So years ago, I decided to buy myself a wedding ring and band, the sole purpose of this ring was so guys would leave me alone. The ring wasn't some low level nothing speacial ring, it was white, and had a princess cut diamond in it, and it was $1k and it was a really beautiful ring. Since I really stay single, and don't plan on getting married, I really think Im gonna get myself another ring, but not with so much "don't talk to me" energy this time around, it's really for me, a symbol really. Can't wait to find the perfect ring 💍.

It's amazing how quickly you can lose all interest for something you were always so engrossed with once you discover that it's actually useless.
