What sorts of things have special meaning or significance to you? For me, its Angels, Doves, Ravens, Cardinals, Feathers, Sunflowers, series of repeating numbers, and the yin yang symbol.

It's okay to feel things, feelings will go away but self and how you identify with self will remain. It's okay to forgive yourself for something in the past and to allow yourself to be the observer. What would it look like to trust ourselves to give ourselves the permission to open up and allow our thoughts and feels to stand in front of us in it's full form and comes to terms with it and let it go. I give myself the permission to shine a light in all of the weeds in my garden and trust myself to pull the weeds out with care bc pulling out weeds is a process and must be done correctly, so you have to trust yourself to do that. I invite anyone to do this ... Namaskaram 🙏

When sadhguru say spirituality has become a circus, I think he is referring to everyone being caught up and stuck in the materialistic stuff like buying stones and thinking that makes you spiritual and don't get me wrong it's definitely a tool but the spiritual work happens inside ourselves first. Just had a great conversation with a spiritual friends on here that said something along the lines of manifesting starts inside and spills over outside. The inner work is the true way to moving beyond limitations and using tools like crystal and stones is the cherry on top. So get caught up in the inner work, set an intention for your life that starts on self firsts and not the materialistic things. Namaskaram 🙏

For a long time now I have been searching for my soul family; People whom I am tied to through spirit, rather than by blood. They would be high vibrational individuals who have chosen a higher spiritual path. They would be those that I could share my own love and light with. I have recently come to identify as an earth angel; one who has been sent to teach about love and guide others towards the light. I would love to connect with other angels or lightworkers, so if that sounds like you, we should definitely get to know each other. 💛

I feel like being spiritual should consist of learning about your own spirit, and connecting more with yourself. Spirituality is for healing your soul so you can heal others.
