How to sleep when your mind is awake

Am I the only one who enjoys just falling asleep with something on the TV or laptop playing in the background? I feel more comfortable with shows I've already seen plenty like family guy, South park Rick and Morty just playing in the background.

Does anyone find it easier to have a bit of light background noise while they sleep? I usually put something irrelevant or easy to digest so if I wake up for a moment, I can appreciate it and go right back to sleep.

Man. I've been so tired lately. Realty is exhausting.

Who enjoys there sleep and get grumpy or moody when they wake up or are woken up by someone or someone? Cause I know for sure I do.
