Would You Ever Date Or Go Out With Someone Who Is Broke?

Absolutely I would because it's not about the money or how much they have it's about being with that person and making the best of whatever you or they may have. What if they're poor now but in the future they get a good working job with good pay and they're able to give you whatever you may have wanted when they couldn't have afforded it when they were poor? Shouldn't judge a book by its cover

If I can be honest my recent relationship was a very toxic and abusive relationship... Now I have that fear and mentality of will the next guy do the same to me..?

I don't know where you got the idea that it's about money? If you really love someone it shouldn't be about money or sex or anything more than that... It should be about loving that person for who they are THEN... If you can't love them at their worst dont even bother loving them at their best because that just makes you look snobby and desperate for money. I find it's very important to love someone fully for who they are and their personality just the way it is. You should try to change someone just because they're not what and how you expect them to be 👍

I've formed relationships several times with people who don't have a job at the moment. Things happen. As long as they sincerely want to contribute as equally as they can, and are trying to get a job, I'm fine with it. I'm not materialistic.

I would if they were building their life. Anytime someone is building and investing in their life, they're usually broke at first. I would choose someone who is broke but moving up, over someone who has money but is stagnating, every time.

Money shouldn't be an issue when it comes to relationships. Just because he/she may be broke doesn't mean that I can be also broke in that situation. Most of all it's prolly best example as to how to build a stronger foundation to a better relationship.

I had a broke bf, and there was time when I was broke, and I had bf (Both of us were broke after he lost his job). Being broke doesn't mean that person is bad (exceptions sometimes happening).

Bonds or relationships are better made when starting at low circumstances working their way up is a great way together! ♥️🥰

Sadly it not ended well because he was abusive and harassed even after our break up (he changed to after 3 years). I hope my current going to be my last, even though long distance relationship is not easy. Also I had hard work against my broke state (I was not able to work due my depression) Currently I can say I did well.

It was 14 years ago so I'm ok, my mental state is not from his abusing (I was bullied in school for 10 years), but truly made it worse. I'm still fighting with depression but my mental state better than ever was thanks to my work on it and the caring of my current bf.
