I want to live rightly, & not in vain. I want my existence to make a lasting, meaningful impact. I dread merely dreaming of meaning, yet failing to live it out... I don't want... to dedicate my life... to life-benumbed zombies & vampires... who talk a good talk, but who —at the end of the day— are committed to embracing darkness > light, & falsehood > truth. I can't make...others choose... to have a viable identity & significance... But I can strive to avoid the travesty of following others into their own self-dug pits, if that's...where they're hellbent t'go. Sometimes you can only save yourself... walk away... & pray for others from a safe vantage. Who doesn't want to climb up the tiers of success & health, & live an abundant life...? But, I also hate, hate, hate the thought... of pulling anyone down in the process. How long...will we be brainwashed into idolizing & seeking after vainglory? No more compromising for the sake of securing shortcuts. I'll guard my integrity with my life, & be content with my daily bread.

So I turned 18 recently and I just thought I'd ask for an opinion about my age dating range.

It seems like there are a lot of these floating about these days. The discussion seems to suggest that some women wants validation that having good character is enough to secure a man’s heart. Let me ask you this. Can you really be at peace with the thought that your man finds you physically unattractive? Don’t you want to be accepted for all that you are? Stop making it sound like we can only choose one and forego the other.

I personally love a connection first and prefer friendship, then work on up to being more if I want. I need to know more about a person before jumping into a relationship. A few years back I decided to stop having a negative stigma attached to facial products and hair products as "feminine" and now I have 5 facial products I use every day, 3 hair products and 3 beard products. I had a chick that commented at me negatively when we were talking about skin and hair routines and she was telling me that for a man to have 11 products that there must be something wrong with me? Lmao what? I'm sure this is just a crazy idiot but wanted to ask the question anyways. I still struggle with bags under my eyes due to insomnia but I love my products. My face feels great, my beard feels great and my hair feels great. (Sometimes I go bald though and I have 5 other products for when I'm going bald to help shave and keep my scalp hydrated and healthy - so really I have 16 products I guess?)
