1No. Living in the present is not conducive to a productive life. Dogs live in the present - humans must have a vision, goals, and a strategy to work towards a better future. We must never lose our connection to the present - meditation and spirituality serve this function.

9Jokes on you, when you can time travel like myself, then life becomes meaningless due to the ability to insanity accomplish my goals. Still sad though so you win

It's actually much easier, if you live strictly in "the now" then you don't really have to worry about anything. Sure remembering appointments & the like can be a pain but that's what alarms are for.

9Usually I'll do 2 days of work at a time then run out of stuff to do by Thursday, and end up bored. #adhd

5Not anymore. I used to but it annoyed my parents so now I live my days 3 months in the future and catastrophize anything that could possibly go wrong.

2Ye. I'm simply not ambitious, nor particularly care where I end up as long as I'm happy.

1I make plans but I try to enjoy the moment too. No sense in worrying about a future where there's nothing more that can be done about something.

Depending on what's going on, one breath at a time. Most days are good with clear skies, But then a storm hits and you have to figure out what to do next. Each breath you take is one less breath the storm will be there for. It will pass.

4Mostly. I don't stress anymore about the future, but this kind of living isn't convenient for deadlines.

8Too few hours in a day, Jade. I've always felt there was more to do. But, day in, day out, the glorious and monstrous monotony.
