The Psychic staring effect

I’ve had this before on more than one occasion… the most recent was when I was queuing at the supermarket checkout and suddenly turned my head to lock gaze with someone on the far opposite side of the supermarket. Whether it’s coincidence or not but the person had a grin on their face. Definitely going to explore this subject further. The human body is bioelectric so that may be one possible explanation…

This is certainly a thing. Dangerously I was walking around a certain area to sell certain things to special people lol. As I was in their territory in the middle of the night . I only mention that to give a perspective on when/how the sense might be more noticed. As I walk through I stop. Turn 180 and lock immediately lock eyes with a large black man sitting in a hidden car that had scraps of wood covering the front. He was more surprised then me lol

How do you know somebody's staring at you without staring back? If they have to look at you for, let's say, 5 seconds uninterrupted, that means the only way to technically detect that is if you stare at them for five uninterrupted seconds. So at this point, who's staring at whom?

There's an English guy named Rupert Sheldon, I think, who's got a lot of Youtube videos about this sort of thing. He says it's especially active in us when we're younger--but as our peers & elders cause us to disbelieve in extrasensory perception, we cease to be able to tap into it as easily.

Just going to leave this here…
Poly vagal regulation has been a blessing. Finding a way back into the body and letting myself experience that which is stored has freed me. Its hard to make friends with those parts of self that have been framed as enemies like feeling and expressing. So many cultures pushing the seen and not heard agenda until major corporations face no conflict in their dehumanizing agendas. Time to get back in the experiences knowing nothing can win unless its allowed to.
