Hey, it seems that you have been through something that makes you sad and hurt inside. I hope that you will feel better soon (sorry if I'm​ misinterpret your post) Anyway, I like the tattoo that you post. It looks beautiful and I like the idea of having hidden meaning 👏 (even though it's a sad meaning)​

No you def got it right... they say time heals, but it doesn't always seem to do what it's supposed to do you know? Ty for that ... I'm def trying, seems like everyday is a struggle.. Ty too, I do tattoos for a living.. and same, every tattoo should be meaningful and special to you

Time may help but 'time'​ still need a time to work. Everyone is different. In a same matter, some can become better in a short time but some can last for years. Furthermore, those experiences will​ still left some scars inside us. I don't​ know what you had been through but the first thing I learnt from my sad experiences are to accept and forgive yourself. Accept that you may be wrong, either a whole or a part or maybe you're​ not wrong at all but totally unlucky and became a victim. Then forgive yourself as no one can change the past but you still can change the future. Learn from that story and don't​ let the history repeat itself. Some people may put all of their energies into work but I think it just to make themselves busy and you will still think about it anyway.​

(part 2) Two things that usually can cure people from sadness are music and animals. If you don't​ have someone who you can spend time with, try to be with animal. The innocent of them may can help you. (Even playing Animal Crossing game on Nintendo Switch can help!)​ Maybe you can find something that you used to like it or want to do it and give it a shot (but not doing illegal things, ok?). My friend's using this method, he has a potential to have depression, so he went to an audition of theater by a suggestion of another friend and found out later that he actually like being on theater's stage. I don't​ know how much my opinion can help you but I think for you to reaching out by posting this post or asking for suggestion are already a good start because at least you want to change. Ty... the source of my pain and depression is very deeply embeded... I've been dealing with depression most of my life... but the pay 10 years... somedays I just don't know if I'll make it... and some people think that's a figure of speak but I can not explain in words the severity of their meaning to me... just tonight I was walking home from the gym, very recently actually and I just had this mind blowing anxiety attack and for some reason I just had the strongest urge to jump in front of a car... it sounds crazy
