Real question. Everytime someone tries to flirt with me, I feel pissed off and I ignore them. Recently, a friend tried to ask me out and I feel disgusted and angry. I feel like punching him on the face 😂 I know this is not a normal feeling. Usually people feel happy when they know someone likes them. But I dont feel like that. How are we supposed to feel when someone show interest in me? Why I feel this way? Please help me understand my own feelings 😅

Aaah! I'm just not sure why I should bother trying to talk about my mental health issues with anyone. It's a dead end. I struggled with mental illness for so many years and managed to improve after so much work but here is the dilemma: we human beings need sympathetic people to improve. Imo, the most helpful type of therapy I found was person centred (at least for my situation), but the majority of people you talk to are itching to give you advice, or trying to make a point... Sometimes LISTENING is what's needed but I give up, this is just how most people are.

What do you do when your worse fears comes to happen and you have to relive it over and over in your head for the rest of your life.

Some days I’m fine other days I get triggered by people from my past I’ve cut ties with. It also hurts that at one point I cared for them but they didn’t for me. Friendship hurt definitely is not something people talk about.

Did you see the right relationship growing up, that showed you with & with not to do.. Are you know yourself well enough to know what love is & with love isn't

We must take care of the in and out of our mind, just as we take care of our body, because mental and physical health are linked and must go hand in hand.

I can't even remember what it's like to not feel broken... How do you break free, when you're a prisoner of your own insanity?... 😥

I've been seeing a lot of inactive people on here lately. Who's consistently active on here? Who would like to be friends?

How are we suppose to be our authentic selves and yet have to operate in public a certain way? I understand how you are with your family you wouldnt be with others however most are just as amiable with others as they are with their family. I suppose there isn't no one way to be in public and if that's so then I should be able to be the authentic me? And everyone should be as well? Everyone acts more themselves thru a tiktok or such. It's gotten to the point where we observe body language and micro expressions for what? We have speech for a reason not everything needs to be creative

Just ended a long toxic friendship. Stay because i think i got no other friends and here i am. Its not so hard to actually end a friendship. I wonder why..
