Classical. Highly recommend Philip Westly's dark night of the soul. It's beautiful.

If you're looking to relax and unwind prior to bed Soundscape is good. There's nothing like piano music combined with a bubbling brook or rainshowers to help put one to sleep.

I use soundscape a lot too! Rainforest is one of my faves.

I think it all depends on your mood. My go to is usually pop or alternative. It covers a wide v Wade variety of moods. BUT sometimes you need some rock or country lol

Chill edm or lofi seems like a good option. Really anything instrumental or without lyrics. You tend to focus more on the song if you are trying to grasp the lyrics. So its pretty distracting.
