Hey guys I am in need of some motivation. Since breaking up with the girlfriend I have been a bit low. So I am going to work out more to get rid of the mopes. For every heart ill do .25 miles and for every comment I'll do one rep on my weights. I'll keep you posed with progress
Just went through a break up this past week. Started hitting the gym hard. I support you 100% to make healthy choices that improve your physical and mental health, or even just give you a distraction for a bit. But be careful not to push yourself too hard or spiral in your head. Overall - I believe in you. I support you. I understand the low, but can tell the potential that you have for being workout motivated which will get you quite far. No doubts in my mind. Set your mind to a goal (or like/comment) number and watch yourself build up and succeed. Remember to acknowledge your accomplishments; you'll go very far. Good luck, have fun. Remember to breathe.
