Peeps! I did it, I broke my 300 barrier. Yesterday I woke up and weighed myself at 298!!!I got 49 more pounds to go till the doc is happy I think I'll get there buy next year.

I Been feeling this way I don't know how be happy anymore I feel like my happiness gone

I dont have any motivation anymore I'm talking to someone and she makes me happy and I forget everything around me when I do but when I come home form work I'm alone when I go to sleep in still alone I only leave my house to go to work cause I have no friends Idk what im doing wrong but clearly im doing something wrong if I feel so unfulfilled and weightless all the time

Well, I do believe I just got ghosted again. If I had a dollar for every time that's happened, I'd be able to pay off my house it seems (ok, so that's a tad farfetched but ya'll got the point 😄). But instead of swimming through the deep ends of self-pity, I'm simply shrugging it off and going to continue to be me. Don't let these things get you down. I have an Army buddy that is famous for saying, "It is what it is." That's exactly it too, it is what it is.

I think it's a misconception that confidence strictly follows good looks. I used to think being attractive is the way to be assertive. But as I age, I realized confidence doesn't only come from within, it also corresponds to who you are around with. I get insecure and feel small whenever I'm with people who make me feel there's something wrong with me. However, I'm at ease and self-assured when I'm surrounded with people who don't judge and simply admire who I am. I suddenly forget all my flaws. For them, they're not a big deal. So next time you feel bad or ugly about yourself, check the people in your circle. Even if they're family members or close friends, if they pick on the things you're conscious about, put them in their place or ignore. Don't allow anybody to make you a punchline. You are beautiful. And when you're with those who appreciate you as you are, you don't even have to try.
