The feeling of loneliness can cause Depression. It has nothing to do whether you’re introvert or extrovert, still you must find somebody / something that makes you feel fulfilled. For most of introverts, we need “alone time”. But being alone and feeling lonely are clearly two different things. Solitude time is needed, but don’t eventually get driven by it. Sending much love to folks who also suffer from Depression out there. When you move to the higher ground, that’s when you see the sun begins to rise 🤍☀️

Identifying the root cause for behavior can be very helpful in healing your self and moving into a healthy relationship with your self, so that you can attract a healthy relationship with others :) Allowing yourself to be vulnerable and admitting the truth of your habits is a big first step in initiating change. Well obviously most people see it as a "omg wow you can drink now" Me over here decided to say something once or twice about my birthday then decided to litteraly say nothing on the day of, (today) just to see how many people actually said happy birthday. Almost no one lol. So turning 21 is just another day I guess. Kinda nice to just hang out really. Might get myself something 🤔

As someone who deals with ptsd,xim really struggling. The daily constant panic attacks are a lot to deal with as is too... but then I also have really bad insomnia, so when I'm finally able to actually sleep I actually still can't because I get nightmares. I am on medication, and in therapy and I feel like no progress has been made. What do you do thst helps with the panicking, and the nightmares? When I wake up from a nightmare my anxiety is so much more worse than when I have an episode when I'm awake, and when I get a nightmare the anxiety and panic attacks last for days at a time... it gets so bad I can't see straight, hear correctly, or eat and my head hurts so bad and then I hmget these super bad migraines. I need to figure something out 😩 I just want to feel okay
