You are very correct about that and if it isnt on the line, they barely do anything for you unless you have insurance of some kind.

No body is a better doctor for yourself than you. Thankfully my doctor is a great guy and if i call him and say I'm in a lot of pain and need something for a couple of weeks he will have me come in and write it up for me. In the 20 years of knowing him, he's let me make the call for painkillers amd I've only needed to do it twice.
