What do you do to improve your mood when you're feeling down?

Please give me some feedback on my profile. How do you all see me after looking on that page? I ask this as I have no clue what my first impression is.

Most of humanity needs to go back to kindergarten I was taught in kindergarten to clean up after yourself, treat others with respect, think before you act, don't interupt people, Ya know... basic maners and decency, and most people... AIN'T GOT EM!!!

After months of hanging around here I fund a great person and our chats were fantastic. I had a bad day yesterday and my dramatic side came out, I have a feeling I ruined the nice friendship that was growing. Not sure how to save this. So what will put you off getting back in touch with someone you felt you were clicking with? Would they be able to fix their mistake?

We shouldn't forget to be guilty about our own faults and the things we've done wrong before we attempt to shame or penalize someone else for theirs or what they've done.

I love people who choose to shine, nomatter what they’ve been through.

The stronger the attacks against you, the tougher and higher you'll put up your walls. but even castles and fortresses still have gates through which allies are allowed in; some people are here to help and aren't trying to hurt you, open up.<3

first step to cutting something off is not turning back to it when times get tough.

With my family its a point of pride to be like this…. I wonder how many others choose pridful comfort over adulthood
