I think I’m quieter than my brain. It’s usually never silent.

Sometimes that's when I know I'm comfortable with someone - when neither one of us feels the need to have to talk or have the TV or radio on, but can just enjoy sitting with each other.

Silence doesn't mean not communicating. Everyone is communicating all the time whether they want to or not. Words are not the only way.

I'm silent a lot of the time honestly. Lol
