Remember your reason for confronting it. Wether it's a need to act, making a better future, etc. Remember long and hard and use that as your willpower. Find that reason within you. The effects of fear is temporary but the results are permanent in your history. You'll rest well knowing you've done something to overcome it, trying to, or doing something about it in general. I'm sure you've been through a lot and there's a reason you survived this far. It's only a matter a time before this is behind you.

Isn’t it avoiding accountability for self to avoiding communication via expectations? Like no one can grow in spaces of avoidance. Connections will absolutely fade for silent’s sake.

In my opinion having a good character doesn't mean you treat your equals or superiors with respect. Your true character is revealed when you are faced with someone less fortunate than you or struggling and you treat that person with kindness and compassion

hi please help. I'm stuck with "family" I can't be myself because apparently I'm an annoying extrovert. and talking to my family members making them laugh or actually want to talk about thier interest. makes me attention seeking. because who doesn't sleep with their siblings or parents 🙄 😒 😑 😐 so now I'm keeping to my self. drinking wine that I brought. waiting for the time to come to when I can go home. or should I pretend I'm sick? anyways tell me something anything this place has all my attention. 😃

My whole life, I think I've been the "good daughter" never had a bf, never kept secrets, never went out clubbing, even when I went to a Halloween party, I informed my parents. Maybe it's the way I am like I don't wanna be anyone else but at the same time, I wanna be different for a day.
