I think what she's trying to say is females don't get Prostate cancer. That applies to men. Women get a different type of cancer, such as Ovarian cancer. Maybe could be an honest mistake.

There's no prostate cancer in women. Only men can have that. A Prostate is a gland which is part of men's reproductive system.
