My cats adopted my routine so they start pawing at my door and meowing to come out to pet them at 4:30-5am so even on off days they are waking me up haha. 😄

8Repetition and discipline. I usually wake up around 4:30am to start my day. Its not so fun at first, but the drastic increase in productivity motivates me to continue this habit.

7Having something to look forward to that you really enjoy doing. I'm NOT a morning person, but you bet your ass I'll get up at 2am to drive 300 miles out to the sierras and hike for 12 hours haha

My son, standing by the bed staring at me with his face inches away from mine so when I feel something I wake up in surprised each every time then say oh good you're awake can I play on your Xbox. He knows it annoys me and enjoys every second of it 😂

9Cocaine. No, lol I'm kidding I don't use Cocaine. I actually rise nearly everyday just before six AM without an alarm. The sun kinda might have something to do with it, but internal clock and just plain repetition.

I took my time leaving the house and also sat in my car outside the gym for a few minutes because I still didn’t feel like going. Well I did I’m glad I did! I ended up having an amazing workout. For those who feel this way too, get up and go! You won’t regret it 😉

Am I the only one who has a love/hate relationship when it comes to working out? Like, it's always such a struggle for me to start the workout or go to the gym but then once you actually do it and get through it you're like "oh, that wasn't that bad!" But then the cycle continues the next day? 💀

1so I noticed most gyms have a way higher ratio of males than females. This shows me men are constantly working on themselves and staying active. Why aren't females doing this as much? Sure you can say it's because it's "intimidating" or too many guys are thirsty but that just sounds like excuses. Curious to see what some of you ladies have to say on this.

Never poke fun at someone trying to better themselves at the gym. Everyone has different starting points and different strengths. Never show judgment, only support. I've lost 71 pounds since last year and I'm still trying to get where I want. It's not easy so to those who are struggling and trying to achieve that goal, you got this! Keep up keep pushing. Don't let anyone stop you from what you want! Stay positive and love each other. Rant over.
