League of Legends is a Free to Play MOBA where 2 teams of five consisting of 1 Top laner 1 Jungler 1 Mid Laner 1 Support and 1 Attack Damage Carry or Ability Power Carry. Their goal is to do what ever it takes to break the enemy team's Nexus. The map consists of 3 lanes, Top Middle and Bottom (commonly referred to as Duo Lane as it needs two players to maintain) and a Jungle in between the 3 lanes

Each lane has 3 towers, each front most tower needs to be destroyed before the one behind it can be damaged, behind the third tower lies an inhibitor, inhibitors are not required to damage the Nexus but can make it easier to do so. Behind the inhibitors lies the Nexus and the final two towers of the game, these need to be destroyed before the Nexus can be damaged.

The Jungle has four buffs, two of which are duplicate buffs that are mirrored on either side of the map. The buffs are Blue, Red, Dragons, and Rift Herald (Later on in the match Rift Herald is replaced by Baron Nashor) Blue buff enhances your Mana Regen (if your champion uses mana) and Cooldown Reduction( AKA Ability Haste) Red buffs enhances your damage and burns your target over time.

Dragons consist of 6 Dragons, Mountain, Ocean, Wind, Fire, Hextech, and Elder Dragon. Mountain gives Magic Resist and Armor, Ocean increases Health Regen, Wind gives movement speed, Hextech gives bonus damage, Fire adds a damage over time, and Elder adds true damage to any damage dealt.

Rift Herald and Baron Nashor makes it easier for you to conquer lanes.
