Well, what you saw was pernil (slow roasted pork shoulder) When I cook it, I do a whole shoulder rack. Puerto Ricans have to make enough to feed 5 people minimum.

Oh you can just cook this. I always cook my own food when I get the chance. Pernil, you can slow cook in the oven. Pasteles you can boil. And there are so many ways to do rice these days. Let me know if you need a recipe.

What kind of food would you want to try and make? (Anything you'd like)
I've been wanting to try and be able to handle puffer fish so I could see how it tastes. Even though it's considered dangerous to eat. But it must taste really good if people would eat it :)
