As of today i have gone 10 days without soda. I am proud of myself

Today is 10 days without coffee for me. My coffees were not healthy. Extra caramel, whipped cream, all the goods so I cut it out. Migraines the first few days but now im good

I gave that up years ago. Sometimes I still have a tiny bit if there is no water. I noticed if I drink anything of that nature now, it makes me feel sick.
