5OH MY GOD???!!?!?!?!?!? SO I realized I felt smaller in the chair (a super large gaming chair, where the armrest all the way down would squish me too much) for the first time in months so I pushed the arm rests all the way down and IM NOT BEING SQUISHED UNCOMFORTABLY ANYMOREEEE π₯°π₯°π₯°

9Does anybody else enjoy walking and hiking as much as I do? I like it because its a lower intensity and very sustainable form of exercise, especially for someone like me who has some health issues that I don't want to exacerbate.

Just weighed myself today. I'm 270lbs now and I started at 364lbs in July 2021. I never thought I'd reach that weight but I did. So if your struggling or thinking you won't reach your goal, you can do it!

I am over weight. I should weigh anywhere from 200lbs to 215lbs but I'm at 300lbs currently. This is the most I've ever weighed in my life. I hate it. I injured a few joints in the military so doing certain things hurts and sometimes hurts a lot to the point that joint gives out. I don't know how to motivate myself to get back into working out again. I weighed 205lbs getting out of the military and I was running 7 miles a day. I really want to get rid of this excess weight and fat and get thin again but for some reason I just can't seem to being myself to do it. How do you motivate yourself when you feel like garbage and want to but can't seem to?

Should I take the COVID vaccine? As all my family members (father, mother, sister) have taken it and forcing me to do the same too asap. But I am worried because I have seen some YouTube videos say that if you took the COVID vaccine then it may affect or damage your health in long term future. And as an athlete and sports lover, I can never compromise on my health as I have to always perform the best. Please, help me. Are those things that those videos on YouTube are saying true?
