2Woke up this morning to start seeing results overtime. Initially, I weighted 158 and started to gain too much weight and wasn't able to fit in my clothing. After exercising continously for days then weeks, bought it down to 146. Trying to get back to the similiar weight I was in NYC. Gonna try to stay in shape

9Good luck with that !! I'm struggling with my weight too ! but not overweight I'm underweight, I'm trying to get some weight, these days I'm eating extra meals. Hard for me to find clothes and shoes to fit me especially where I live ( I live in a small town ) because a lot of shopes in here sells clothes and shoes for big girls 💔

2Yup! Depending on what exercises I do with the dumbell, some requires a lighter load as I haven't reached that strength level yet to carry heavier. Overtime looking towards to increase as I go :)

3I mean it's one of those situations where I believe as long as you don't overdo it there's nothing but positive outcomes that's also one of the reasons why I pace and dance all the time in my apartment and I constantly when it's colder out and easier on my asthma I walk everywhere

Started out barely being able to break top 100 on a 10 mile race last year. Now Im 11th place on a 11.5 mile that's significantly more difficult, feeling proud of myself ❤️
