How's all the beautiful souls doing today?

I just want some one to look at me the same way they look at the food I've cooked.

Am I the only one....to feel like their body is older than their actual age? I'm a 26 year old female, but my body makes me feel like I'm in my 60's. My knees pop when I squat down to pick something up, my back feels like it's gonna break when I bend over, my shoulder pops when I reach for something, my neck just says "BRING ON THE PAIN!", and my hips hurt just by sitting....like WTF?!

Well, today marks two months that my husband has been gone. Although I am grateful that he passed peacefully and with no pain, I am still finding myself wishing he was here with me. I'm hurting today. I miss him with every fiber of my being. I know he's looking down on me and wishing me to be happy and to find another love, but at least just for today, I wish he was here. I hope I can make.it through this day without spiraling into the dark place that has haunted me since he passed.

Omg y'all I held hands with a guy I met from here. It was the best feeling in the entire world. Holding hands for me is so special and makes me feel close to someone. I absolutely loved it and was so happy and grateful it happened.

Edit: Thank you everyone for the kind words and advice I appreciate everyone of you who took the time to help. ❤ I'm not going to say too much of what is going on inside my head to not trigger anyone with similar feelings. I feel all alone and abandoned and I really don't know what to do to cope with how I'm feeling. I just as if I'm in a really bad place emotionally and need advice, someone to talk to, anything.

Let me ask you guys after breaking up with someone that you truly love how long does it take you to move past to not let all your memories kill all your joy and haunt your dreams?

Today is the anniversary of my late husband and I's first ever date. It's the first one I have to celebrate alone. I am missing him terribly today. I know I can get thru this day but I don't know, however, if I can do it without tears rolling down my face. Just have to breathe and know I'll be okay.

I wish I could talk to people about my feelings but no one cares or tells me to just go away

Does anyone recently feel out of touch with themselves? Like they can totally put on a happy face and be ok with the world ,but they don't even know who it is they're looking at in the mirror anymore. ?

I miss holding hands! It's such a simple thing but overlooked by so many. Gives me butterflies to hold hands! Also, HUGS! I really need a hug. Who else needs hugs today!?

Do you ever feel like you are not good enough no matter how much good you do, or how much you help everyone?

A good cry and talking to a few people earlier I am feeling much better. Strangers make good friends sometimes and it's okay to not be okay and ask for help.
