The hardest words to say as an older sibling are "I cant save them from this", them being younger siblings. Change my mind.

Tbh I think it's "I'm sorry" following a 5 year silence period that took place bloody brawl.

Fair point, 'I'm sorry' definitely is a really hard one. Especially in those circumstances.

"I'm sorry and apologize if I have offended. I care about you. I admit I was wrong and I apologize for my mistake. Please forgive me." You'll be surprised not a lot of people have the strength to admit that if they were in the wrong. Making it one the hardest words to say at times imo.

Fair point, apologizing requires a strength many lack

The hardest words are definitely ‘Im sorry’ I never really said it much when I was a kid so now that I’m an adult it takes a lot for me to say ‘Im sorry’

Maybe it's harder for the younger sibling to admit to the older sibling that they need saving. It was tough for me, and I'm the oldest.
