Anyone here play Baldurs Gate 3?

And how do you think it compares to the base D&D experience?

Early access is out and continually being updated. Just had a new update a week or so ago. It has the first act, which is about 30-40 hours of content.

Yea I checked out early access and was irked when it didn't have controller support on PC. Yea it might be insane playing those games with a controller but it's how I learned to play Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2. So I'm waiting until it's officially released, as Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition was one of the best games I have ever played.

It's not bad, far from a complete D&D experience, but it's good... and fun. Be prepared for your graphics card to heat up.
