I want to improve my skills more with drawing realistic faces. Any tips?

Character(s) - F! ISFP (Female ISFP) Webnovel/Manhwa - N/A Thoughts(?): - I was in the mood to draw something detailed and so I decided to use that to draw my female ISFP since they're known for being creative/artistic. - This took about 18 hours and something minutes to complete with short breaks. - I realized too late that her hand looked messed up a bit, same with the other hand; I didn't like it so I cut it out since it looked too realistic compared to her other features so it was a bit odd from the rest of the picture. - I was going to give her a unique skin color but I felt like there was already too much going on for me to add it. - I attempted to do thin lineart instead of my usual and since I decided to do that I took more time on this than I usually would've. - I dressed her in a more... Stylish manner- or I at least tried to, ha. - I went from doing a see-through robe with fancy-ish nature patterns for how gentle ISFP is. - I also added the fancy chest design with the small chains hanging because 1.) It expresses their individuality more & 2.) On the female ISFP avatar, they had chain-looking earrings on them. - I went a bit crazy with the details in a way... The downside is that I have to complete it despite giving myself extra work to do. - I'll post the no-lineart version of her on my profile since I like how the coloring is. [Note: Yes... I took a longer break because I didn't feel the need to draw. That and because my chair was taken away for the week so I couldn't find a comfortable place to sit and draw even if I wanted to.]

Thought I'd share, it's alright, y'all are incredibly talented in here. Hair is hard, shading is tough and I'm lazy.
