Imagine your body starts to adapt to colder temps like 33 below wind chill. Then when it gets to be 40 degrees outside it becomes warm for the body. That's why I wear shorts Haha. I also was that kid in high school here that wore sweatshirts and shorts. My legs rarely get colder due to be hairy Haha. Just my midsection Haha.
