Crafts Peak, just outside of Big Bear CA. Only a 40 min trip from my place; everytime I come here for a quick easy hike with my dog, I feel so lucky to live in the mountains with daily views like this!

This is an acrylic painting I did with my partner. We like making arts and crafts and often enjoy working on the same piece together. Most of the time, our art isn't planned out. We just take turns adding things and see what comes out. 🤗

With some help from my cats of course. I haven't painted in a long time, I'm not the best at it but I miss doing little crafts quite a bit so it was fun

& what craft got you started? I'll start: I started with custom jewelry as a kid, did a little pottery thanks to a high school class, and now I bounce between custom clothing, painting, and miniature sculpting.

I was just wondering what everyone else brings with them to work or otherwise out in the world, to keep themselves comfortable and useful wherever they are. (Posted in "crafts" because I could only choose one, and honestly there are so many things that people take with them and for so many reasons....

The coolest one I've had, is me and my parents were on a loong straight highway. It was like 6pm summer time. At the end of the road was a giant wall cloud. Left side of road is cloud right side clear. There were two crafts flying in and out of the cloud like peek a boo for like 10 minutes

A while ago, I went to see the "Creative Imagination" exhibition held at MUJI Ginza store. It was a really interesting way to introduce traditional crafts from all over Japan and each region. I think it would be okay if there was at least one cool thing somewhere. I guess living in this island...
