Should you play chess daily or when you feel like?
Here's my question. I am 1300 elo on chess.com. Sometimes i play extremely well. Finding tactics, attacking aggressively, being aware of the whole board, controlling the centre etc. But other times, i would play really bad according to my elo. I can't dedicate hours to study chess. I started playing chess as a hobby. So, when i play well in some games and then bad in others, i get really frustrated and angry for not being consistent in my game. I am thinking of only playing chess when i feel like because chess is hard at this elo and require considerable focus and attention which i don't want to do everytime. What are your thoughts?

Chess puzzles confuse me sometimes
So I've spent a ton of time doing Chess puzzles after throwing away money to a Chess.com subscription. However, I sometimes get really confused about the objective. While the most straightforward puzzles feature checkmate or winning high value material, sometimes these puzzles have me do like five or six moves to win a knight and a bishop and all I have to say after it is, "really?". Nothing satisfying about that to me, I just want to hear the checkmate sounds!

What do you think about the Kyle Rittenhouse Trial?
