As in a group of friends that read the same book and talk about it later? Unfortunately, no. I don't read as much as I used to, so it's hard to guarantee that I'll finish with the rest of them. It might be fun, otherwise.
Yeah. I find most book clubs meet too often. What if we have one called "The Quarterly" and we meet 4 times a year lol

That would be interesting, but I'll have to be sure that I have/get the same books as those involved. I wonder if there's a good way to co-ordinate something like that on a site like this, especially as plenty of people use it for dating. Definitely food for thought though.
I stumbled upon RoyalRoad.com with lots of series and short stories. Currently reading the Paranoid Mage for a bit of modern fantasy.

The Higher Self
This book is interesting because it discusses neurologically why we are the way we are. It reinforces this idea that unresolved trauma is passed down, in fact, its reinforced into unborn children, they absorb it. Makes you see yourself completely differently. Always give yourself love, it doesn't matter what you do because you deserve it.

Just finished it and would highly recommend to anybody who wants a well-researched (and timely) discussion of abortion clinic escorting, and the history of abortion clinics (and laws) in general.
