Favorite book?

What book has allowed you to rethink/change your perspective about something? Or, has gave you an a-ha moment that you may not have had prior.

I've been writing a book about the zombie apocalypse for the past 5 years (I started in 9th grade). I have blown past 3 books, but I threw them all away because it just wasn't realistic enough. What would realistically happen in a major zombie outbreak?

Lately I've been trying to get back and establish healthy reading habits among making various other positive changes in my life. If anyone has any recommendations that may help I am open to all suggestions (self-help books, financial growth/sustainability, etc.)

I don't know that always search this genre.. Just so simple but make me feels excited? Especially, i just try and search for China novels. But for translation, not really their language.. Reincarnation, my focus just about revenge, regret, betrayed.. So this main character must and always change...

When's the last time you read "...and then he slid into her DMs with a 'Hi wats up' text" and thought to yourself "Wow, that was a genius way to pick up a woman"...? I'm genuinly curious what book that's from, because I'd like to burn it if it exists. Thank you in advance. 👍🏻

I've been enjoying works by Penny Reid. A lot of them have a rom-com feel that's more down-to-earth while still being exciting, and they really touch on the sense of connection and pining that liking a person can bring.

Does anyone have any recommendations for any good nonfiction books? Memoirs, biographies, history, science, etc?

And follow up question, if you were dropped into the middle of that book, would you survive?
